“I'm Rachel Sillcocks. Ollie and I opened Hilda and Jesse on Union Street because we wanted a space that was vibrant, playful, and completely our own. We've got a Michelin Star, but what drives us is the same thing it's always been: turning the ordinary into something worth talking about. This club is how we bring that to your kitchen.”

About Hilda and Jesse
Hilda and Jesse is a Michelin-recognized, queer-owned restaurant in the heart of North Beach, San Francisco. Born from a beloved "Brunch for Dinner" pop-up, the restaurant was founded by Chef Ollie Liedags and Rachel Sillcocks with a clear vision: a space that is vibrant, playful, and completely their own.
Chef Ollie, a 2024 James Beard Award semifinalist for Best Chef: California, leads the kitchen with a philosophy that reimagines familiar dishes through playful creativity and carefully sourced ingredients. The wine program, curated by Beverage Director James Butler, centers on wines designed to spark joy.
